How Do We Do It?
Pretty simple really. We don’t over-complicate things.
Our company has honed our marketing to a point where we’re pretty darn good at it. We find and acquire infill lots in multiple markets, and then make those properties available to you at so you can focus on what you do best. How do we make our money? We add a property acquisition fee to the property, which is our profit for finding and negotiating the deal, and shepherding it through the closing process. You get the property handed over on a platter, and we make a small sum that helps us fund our next acquisition while also helping out the community. We consider this a win-win.
